The Mayor of London has launched a new £1.6mn Clean Tech Incubator, named Better Futures, which will help 100 London-based small businesses in delivering low-carbon products to help tackle the causes and effects of climate change.

Announced on 12 June, Better Futures, will help to spark the development of a clean-tech cluster for London, leading to the development of a hub for low-carbon industries in the capital. Sadiq Khan made the announcement as he outlined his vision for London to become the world’s leading “Smart City” at the launch of London Tech Week.
