According to a new survey, almost every British big business leader believes that smart technology is an important aspect of Britain’s economic growth.
The results of the survey were released on 1st November and revealed that 86% of business leaders thought that the smart meter roll-out was crucial for British economy and 97% thought it was important to ensure a resilient energy system. While 88% of the people surveyed stated that they would like to see a plan put forward by the government to maximise the economic potential of smart meters, smart technologies and smart meter data.
