Our fees are always laid out upfront so that you can understand how much you’ll be investing and what support you’ll receive from us.

We always aim to be as open and transparent as possible about our charges. The amount we get paid is negotiable depending on the services required and is either paid directly to us from the supplier where the cost is included on your energy bills or as an agreed fee which you would pay us. If you are ever in any doubt about the amount you are paying, just ask!

Although at the stage of investigating energy prices we will always present you with the most competitive prices we can offer, we feel that the most beneficial thing you’ll receive from us is our ongoing customer service. When you become one of our clients you will have a dedicated account manager who is an energy expert, always on hand for advice and guidance at any time.
